Saga Egmont to Publish the Captivating Works of Ken Follett in Sweden and Iceland

Saga Egmont is thrilled to announce a new partnership with the internationally best-selling British author, Ken Follett. The agreement grants Saga Egmont digital rights to several of Ken Follett’s critically acclaimed backlist titles, which to date have been unavailable to digital readers in Sweden and Iceland – one of the world’s most passionate reading populations.

Ken Follett’s novels are renowned for their meticulously researched historical settings, intricate plots, and compelling character development. They have garnered international acclaim for their gripping narratives which effortlessly blend fact with fiction creating an utterly immersive experience.

The deal includes best-selling titles from Ken Follett’s impressive portfolio

The deal brokered by Saga Egmont Rights Manager, Annalisa Woods, includes many best-selling titles from Ken Follett’s impressive portfolio including “Triple”, “The Key to Rebecca”, “Lie Down with Lions” and “A Dangerous Fortune”. In total, 16 titles are currently included in the deal across the two languages, Icelandic and Swedish. This marks a significant milestone as it represents the first Ken Follett publication in Iceland for over a decade.

As part of the agreement, Saga Egmont’s team will be producing the novels as audiobooks with carefully selected narrators. This initiative aims to make Follett’s extraordinary works more accessible so that everyone can enjoy them – be that traditional readers, e-book fans, or audiobook listeners.
